We are looking for a full-time Team Leader for the Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Den Helder and IJmuiden. The SSC is responsible for the invoicing, financial administration and other administrative activities for various companies within the Energy Logistics division of both Peterson and Control Union.


As a Team Leader you are the operational leader of the team. Together with your team, you coordinate the work, promote the integration between the various departments and participate in the daily operational activities. You are the first point of contact for the team and for the different business units. You assist and support the Manager (and replace her in case of absence). Key points are planning and monitoring the progress and quality of the work. You can identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives for them, making sure the work can be carried out optimally. We expect good management of the team, always keeping the commercial interest in mind.

Furthermore, you are responsible for personnel management of the team members within the SSC department. You cooperate with them and stimulate them, you ensure that they can perform optimally and adequately and give them sufficient guidance. You are also responsible for their well-being and development in terms of effectiveness, functioning and personal development.


We are looking for an employee with (at least) a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience in a management position. Experience with the software package Dynamics AX / 365 is an advantage.
An excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is very important.
