We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner to join our HR team. The role is generalist in nature with responsiblity for delivering a range of HR services and ensuring positive working experiences for our people during the employee life cycle.

This is a senior role and as such, you will take a leading role within the team, demonstrating your experience and know-how to support our business leaders to navigate change and complexity. You will also take a lead in the delivery of people programmes which support a positive working culture. Core tasks include responding to queries, facilitating change and disputes, policy development and implementation, ensuring fair working conditions and processing and maintaining people data accurately. This includes communicating effectively with other functions such as Payroll.

Applicants for this role must have significant HR experience and be competent with MS Office and HRIS. You should have quite advanced Excel skills and an attention to detail. The successful applicant will be a confident communicator, skilled influencer, with a commercial mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be able to gain committment from seniors, able to challenge and take the lead in times of uncertainty. You will also have a positive/growth mindset and resiliance along with a good command of verbal and numerical skills.

The successful applicant will be the one with the afore mentioned qualities, who is focused on the goals of the team. You will enjoy atonomy, act as a role model and be curious about emerging trends and technologies.
