An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager who will work closely with the General Manager to ensure safe working practices, sound operational management and leadership. Specifically you will promote and encourage safe working practices and initiatives within the workforce and competently provide operational management and direction to ensure maximum utilisation of resources.

Responsibilities include assisting with the profitability and development of operations, ensuring and providing operational management, leadership, support and direction, along with the development of effective and robust working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

To be considered for this position, you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar operational role, including the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, be commercially and contractually aware, along with the ability to create and manage budgets.
