An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior logistics management professional to join our team as a General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding our vision and strategy across several business units in England. As a senior leader, you will also be accountable for the safety performance, profitability, and growth of the operations under your control. As part of a hybrid working arrangement, there will be a requirement to travel on a regular basis (possible locations include North East England, North West England and East Anglia).

Reporting to the Managing Director for England and Renewables Strategy, you will lead and promote safe working practices and initiatives within the workforce and provide operational leadership and direction to ensure Peterson meets and exceeds the delivery of service level agreements with our customers. You will also drive top line growth and secure new business from across the energy sector including renewables. As such, we are keen to hear from applicants with an understanding of the energy transition and experience in wind energy.
