As a Certification team assistant you will be responsible for the state of the art information management and cutting edge solutions for our global activities.

Are you a well-organised and communicative person, able to work also independently by managing your own time and work priorities and do you want to be part of our international network? Then we are looking for you!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the team under coordination of account manager and scheme coordinator
  • Responsibility in particular for certification reporting
  • Document review and comment
  • Handling the company’s database
  • Support the development and optimization of processes
  • Communication with colleagues
  • safeguard the company quality manual

Requirements

  • Completed at least BSc level education (preferable field: agriculture/economics but others are not excluded);
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Able to work in a small team and independently with people from different cultural backgrounds;
  • IT skills at user level (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Persistent and accurate in the assigned work;
  • Cooperative and flexible attitude;
  • Dare to act for own development.
