Billing Administrator

Torry Marine Base

A vacancy has arisen for a Billing Administrator to collate all billing information for the Aberdeen Transport business and record costs for sub-contract vehicles. Responsibilities include accurately recording and completing weekly and monthly billing sheets and ensuring that sales invoicing is accurate and in line with company procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing good customer service. Accuracy, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines are also required.

Administrative experience is preferred, along with working experience of Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word.
